The amount of the loan / credit line is determined after analysing the borrower's financial condition, object of financing, the cost of the offered collateral, the economic indicators of the Bank.

The term of the loan is determined depending on the purpose or object of financing, loan amount and solvency of the borrower.

The loan currency is hryvna.

The repayment schedule is either classic or annuity.

For the crediting decision the minimum set of documents is required:

• application for a loan;
• passport, certificate of identification number;
• certificate of wages from employer for the last six months;
• documents on property that is offered as collateral.
